Jo has over 20 years of experience in the business world specifically focusing on employee brand and
engagement. She has worked for multiple organisations including Glassdoor and LinkedIn. She is specifically
passionate about helping people and organisations improve their online brand on LinkedIn to help enhance
their own personal and employer brand driving recruitment, marketing and sales and also encourage people
to build their own brand presence to attract and leverage their own career opportunities.
COURSE OVERVIEW
This LinkedIn workshop will offer an insight into the benefits of LinkedIn so companies, students,
professionals and organisations ( start-ups & SME’s) can use it to optimise exposure, actively
curate & post relevant content and connect with their target audience.
During this course, we will focus on how to make the most of using LinkedIn and the potential of LinkedIn
for Personal Brand as well as how organisations approach Hiring, Marketing & Sales.
For students, we look at how students can leverage their own professional brand and credibility through
LinkedIn and for recruitment.

By the end of the course each learner will be able to:
● Understand the benefits of having a LinkedIn presence. Be confident using the LinkedIn platform and
build an engaging LinkedIn Profile
● Set up or improve a company/organisation page ( engage and grow followers)
● Be confident at publishing content on LinkedIn to position yourself and organisation as trusted
expert in the field
● Understand how to make LinkedIn successful for you and your organisation for recruitment,
marketing & sales
